Christmas Tree Lighting

Where: Legislative Assembly & City Hall When: November 30th

Mark the beginning of the holiday season downtown with the illumination of trees both at the Legislative Assembly (706 Queen St) and City Hall (397 Queen St). 

Festivities begin at 7pm at the Legislature then a candlelit parade down Queen Street led by the Fredericton Concert & Marching Band brings you to the lighting of the City Hall Christmas tree! 

Carols will be sung, apple cider and hot chocolate will be provided and Santa will even be there to hand out candy canes to the little ones!
